Seminar Software Freedom Day 2008

Ini adalah salah satu seminar dengan tema Teknologi informasi yang aku ikuti pada tahun pertama di kampus baruku, Universitas Indonesia. Acara ini disponsori oleh Sun Microsystem, sebuah perusahaan yang berkecimpung di bidang pengembangan software dan komputer. Seminar yang bertempat di Aula Fasilkom UI ini diadakan pada Sabtu tanggal 20 September 2008. Seminar ini gratis dan terbuka untuk umum. Tidak hanya seminar, dalam acara Software Freedom Day ini juga ada lomba debat Bahasa Inggris dan desain poster. Tidak ketinggalan pula Workshop dengan tema: "Creating simple web application using JSP, Servlet and MySQL. Sayang banget, untuk workshop pesertanya dibatasi hanya untuk 30 orang saja. (Hm, ternyata yang ikutan ya semua panitianya :-( 


Untuk pemenang lomba, ada hadiah menarik berupa suvenir dan sejumlah uang tunai. Bagi peserta seminar, mendapatkan souvenir berupa gantungan flashdisk dan gantungan kunci unik dengan label Open Solaris (sejenis Operating System), serta tak lupa pula CD dan DVD installer Blank On (OS bikinan Indonesia lohh..) dan Open Solaris. Dalam seminar juga ada sesi tanya jawab dan kuis. Siapa yang bisa menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar akan mendapat hadiah. Aku pun tak ketinggalan, aku memberanikan diri menjawab salah satu pertanyaan, dan benar! Asyik, aku dapet DVD Installer Solaris Enterprise limited edition. Lumayan! Hehe..  Selain itu, ada juga suvenir berupa kaos dan topi.

My New Life: Music Everywhere!

Whoam.. Why I am now so like music? Is it normal for me that I don't like music so much?
This is not good dammit. Because my academic life in campus will be disturbed. This is my last chance to be stay at the campus. My scores, my friends, my internet, my computer, my yellow bikes, my favour food at campus, my face, my appearance, my bullshit, my science, my knowledge, my trustworthy, and also my future will go away from my side.

Of course, I don't want it happen so many times in my life. I wanna to be change it. Whatever is it difficult, I won't give up to the situation.

Today, there is Seminar about Online Child Pornography on Balai Sidang UI at 09:00 a.m. I join the event, here I met several of my friend are attending too. This seminar is free entry and for the participant who follow all the session will get the certificate.

Unfortunately, I don't follow all the session because I have trouble with my stomach. Hm, my problem out at not right time.

I see some other non-UI person who attend this seminar. There were from Paramadina University, Binus University, and so on. Even, I see two of Senior High School student are joining too. What an interest event is it??

Beginning of May 18th....

A long long busy day has started this time. A final test waiting for me around. No exception, all UI'ers take part in this action. My hopeful, I able to get high score to help me gain better grade.

First of all, Mathematical Discrete is waiting. A hard subject to solve. But, I'll try my best. Nothing to lose.

May, 19th...
The Elementary Statistics will held on, but it has cancelled. Because, my lecturer was sick.

May, 20th...
The General Physics part II will take the time, but I have not to join it. Was a difficult day for everyone who take it.

May, 22nd...
Basic Calculus II will test me, how far I able to calculate and to do the exercise...

May, 23rd...
Islam Religion..
Special lesson, because it simple and you had just to write down what are in your mind... about your opinion at given case.. But, it needs the speed of your hand writing..

It's the replacement day of Elementary Statistics..
Have I ready to face it? Not at all..

Elementary Linear Algebra. Gaussian, Gauss-Jordan's, Khawarizm, all of my beloved mathematician are in here.

May, 28th...
General Biology. This is the last 'final exam at this semester..
I must study hard to get 'A' Label in my score.. Because 'A' is a beautiful letter.

I had just remember that I had gone to he Golden Mosque, in Depok West Java. I went there with three other my friends. We'd gone by using motorcycle. It takes about an half hour to the place.

I think, this is a nice place to entertain, and of course I recommend you all to go to this Mosque. This mosque own's by Dian Al-Mahri. A rich people I think, because to built this mosque absolutely need many many of money.

I hope someday I have a chance to invite my family to go to this pleasant mosque. This mosque has become a mascot to Depok City

Yesterday, I help my friend to manage his blog. He has an interesting to blog, because he wants to write something about his majority, the chemical engineering. I tell him that if he want to upload the files, he needs to save his file in some of online server. The two best of online file server are 4shared.com and ziddu.com. At the very end, he had chosen the ziddu.com.

Ziddu has more space at file storage. But I don't know much about it, because I had been using 4shared.com. This online file storage are suitable for me because there is a good maintaining in it. I like everything in regular. Hmm ^_^

From his spirit to learn more about blogging, I'm supposed to be more in blogging progress. I'm sure that in the next time I'll become an expert in blogging especially, and I able to handle the web designing. GO BLOGGING!
